Deepak Jagdish is by trade a designer+developer and currently a graduate student at the MIT Media Lab. His work focuses on architecting new perspectives of systems, with his projects spanning across varied domains such as urban mapping, perception, network science, accessibility, interfaces, and so on.
Jagdish has an undergraduate degree from DAIICT that is a mixture of computer science, signal processing and arts, followed by a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Georgia Tech. He then worked at Nokia Research creating interactive visualizations using large-scale real-time data sets. He is most happy working on multidisciplinary projects that allow him to gain knowledge in new domains.
