The Evolution of TEDxCambridge

TEDxCambridge was founded in Kendall Square five years ago and has grown into one of the premier TEDx conferences in the world. We started in one auditorium, which soon grew to four host venues, accommodating 600 guests per event. Over 5,000 people have now participated in TEDxCambridge and we are evolving once again.

Our guests consistently expressed a universal desire to be in the live-event audience. We spent several months evaluating larger host venues to accommodate that request and are excited to announce that TEDxCambridge is relocating to the Back Bay Events Center. All of our 1,100 guests will now be able to enjoy the live-event experience.

The 2015 TEDxCambridge Innovation Lab will also be expanding to showcase over 30 technology exhibitors from across Boston and North America, featuring a gamut of new ideas, from drones and robots to 3D printing and wearables. Should your company be interested in exhibiting a groundbreaking technology at the 2015 Spring and Fall events, please contact us.

The 2015 Spring event will be hosted on the evening of Thursday, June 18. We will be announcing our event speakers next week, and public ticket sales will begin one week later.

We look forward to sharing more exciting details in the coming weeks and hope you can join us for what will be an evening of world-class ideas and experiences.
